Halloween 2014 proved to be even more fun than anticipated. Thursday night we discovered that we did not have the spiderweb stuff we thought we did. (Although the search for it was helpful in identifying a number of things since donated to Goodwill!)

So you remember the debate about whether we were over candied? Here’s how long it takes to hand out 1,035 pieces of candy, one per person, beginning at 7pm: 1 hour and 21 minutes. This is what it was like:
It was fun to have friends from all over our lives — work, school and fencing — come on by.
